I would ask that you do your best to provide 24 hours’ notice when cancelling or rescheduling. However, I have a fairly relaxed approach to rescheduling when needed!
Rescheduling: Rescheduling a lesson is easy! I have no problem with students changing their lesson time to a later date if something comes up in the days, or even hours, before our scheduled session. I fully understand that things happen! Simply click the “Change/Cancel” button in your initial reminder email to change the time and time of the lesson. If you cannot find your initial or reminder email, fret not! Just email me; I’ll be happy to move things around when possible. Please be aware that I have a fairly full schedule, and while I do my best to accommodate everyone, it’s not always possible.
Cancellations: If you want to cancel your lesson entirely, click the "Change/Cancel" button in the initial or reminder email you received about your lesson. (Alternatively, you can email me.) Please note that cancelled lessons are not automatically refunded. Cancelled lessons can be credited (booked at a later time) or transferred (gifted to a friend!). Credited lessons can be scheduled on my online calendar using the provided code at checkout. If you do not have a booking code, please email me to schedule your credits. Reach out anytime to inquire about how many credits you have and how to use them. Credits NEVER expire! (Yay!)

Sick Days: I also get sick and have emergencies occasionally! Cancellations on my part will be rescheduled to suit both of our schedules. If I am at fault for a missed lesson, I offer the option of a refund if rebooking is inconvenient for you.
Missed classes (you are a no-show) are considered abandoned. There will be no refunds for missed classes.
Cancelled classes (you let me know you’ll be absent ahead of time) or unbooked classes (purchased but not scheduled) will be credited to you.
Please note that a refund is not automatically provided if you cancel a class using the cancel button in your confirmation email. You MUST contact me directly to inquire about being refunded for unused lessons.
There are two situations in which refunds are available:
If it is IMPOSSIBLE to schedule paid-for classes due to illness or unforeseen circumstances.
If I have had to cancel on you and rebooking is impossible or inconvenient for you.
Please be on time. I cannot guarantee I will be able to extend lessons to which you are late. If you are late, you are responsible for the full session payment. I will wait on zoom for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes I will leave the zoom. If you will be joining the class more than 15 minutes after the starting time, please email me.
